This week at Duncan Mackays we are excited to announce that we have a Plant Simulator available to try out.
As members of Scottish Plant Operators Association we are delighted to give local school children and adults alike an opportunity to try out life as a plant operator.
The simulator is used for assessing and aiding in the development of apprentices by scoring key performance factors such as: safety, efficiency and technical skill.
So, if you are interested in a career in plant, or know someone who is, contact us and arrange to come in and test your skills.

As national apprenticeship week draws to a close, I thought it would be a good time to celebrate all our apprentices, past and present - some might surprise you.

At Duncan Mackay and Sons Ltd we are lucky to be able to support a range of apprenticeships, from the CITB courses, to modern apprenticeships, right through to the graduate schemes… and as you can see from the pictures, apprenticeships can lead to many roles within the company.
