Job involved planing the sashes down a bit so they closed better, shrouding of the weights to reduce noise and fitting of draught excluder and a new sash window lock. All timber components received 2 coats of specialist exterior satin paint to make them last a little longer.

Also replaced a bin store roof with EPDM membrane for a permanent fix. Job also involved removing an external extractor fan and blocking up the hole left, and a complete overhaul of a sad, sorry looking metal front garden gate.
