**OPPORTUNITY**

Due to a recent expansion, M&M Demolition is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager.

The role of the Business Development Manager will help drive the business forward, whilst being supported by the PR and Marketing team to help compliment your activities.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the demolition industry, a strong background in creating opportunities and generating leads, experience using Microsoft Office, completing PQQs and Bid Writing. Experience in winning business with main contractors and an established list of contact of contractors would also be beneficial.

You will also need to be commercially astute, sales focused, self-disciplined, highly organised and possess excellent communication skills

Have their own transport
Must hold a blue CPCS card
CCDO/CSCS card - not key but would make you stand out as a candidate

Heavy Plant Fitter

M&M Demolition are currently looking to recruit a Heavy Plant Fitter, this is a full-time, permanent role. You would be home-based, travelling to and working at customer sites to service and repair heavy plant machinery. The successful candidate will have served a recognised apprenticeship or have relevant experience with heavy construction plant and equipment.
A full driving licence is essential and own tools are required.
