Progress continues at our Ravago, Wigan project. 🚧

The team has been making excellent progress breaking out and processing existing concrete on site, helping prepare the area for the next phase of works.

A key part of maintaining productivity has been the support from H&C Plant Hire, whose reliable, high-quality equipment has enabled operations to run safely and efficiently throughout the project.

Successful delivery relies on strong partnerships, and working with dependable suppliers ensures we can keep to programme, maintain high standards, and deliver quality results for our client.

Good progress continues to be made on the Ravago redevelopment project in Wigan, with a significant programme of civil engineering and groundwork works currently underway. Completed works to date include the removal of existing internal concrete slabs and screeds, excavation and construction of reinforced concrete foundations and retaining walls, ground reduction and preparation works incorporating the installation of 6F5 and MOT Type 1 sub-base materials, detailed drainage investigations to support the ongoing design and construction programme, and the controlled demolition of selected structural elements within the existing facility. These works represent key project milestones and are helping to prepare the site for the forthcoming phases of development.

We are delighted to have commenced works on our latest industrial development project at Ravago, Wigan for ISS Properties.

The project is now underway, with the initial phase involving the excavation and removal of approximately 11,000m² of hardcore as we prepare the site for the next stage of development.

This marks the beginning of an exciting scheme, and we look forward to sharing progress updates as works continue on site.

🏗️ Development Update – Great Progress on Site

We’re pleased to share that works are moving forward well, with several key stages now completed and others progressing steadily.

Here’s what’s been happening on site:

• Retaining walls in place
• Drainage works progressing well
• Road preparation underway
• Entrance design and electric gate pillars taking shape
• Kitchens now installed in Plot 2
• Fencing completed
• Landscaping and paving starting very soon
