We have successfully completed repair and maintenance works for our client, JD Weterhspoon, at the Lady Chatterley in Nottingham.

The scope of work included high-level fascia and soffit repair works. All existing timbers were inspected, with damaged sections replaced before new timbers were primed, undercoated and gloss finished to match the existing colour.

Our IPAF qualified staff used a cherry picker to safely access the high level areas.

The scope of work included:

✅ Site clearance – Remove and dispose of all loose furniture, white goods, electrical appliances, fire extinguishers, retail waste, confidential waste and any remaining fixtures or fittings.
✅ Strip out branding – Remove all signage, graphics, artwork, wall coverings, brick slips and branded items.
✅ Building fabric repairs – Make good and redecorate walls, ceilings, flooring and window reveals following removals.
✅ Fixtures & fittings – Dismantle racking, remove redundant unitary and fixtures.
✅ Electrical works – Isolate, cut back and safely cap off redundant electrical cables.
✅ Fire safety compliance – Ensure the fire alarm is fault-free, make good fire doors, intumescent strips and fire stopping, leaving all fire safety measures compliant.
✅ Doors & security – Leave all doors, locks, closers and ironmongery in full working order and return keys as instructed.
