We recently completed refurbishment works for our client Ladbrokes at their store on Lostock Road in Manchester, refreshing both the customer toilets and back of house areas.

The works included removing and replacing the existing flooring with new black anti-slip vinyl flooring and PVC skirting trims within the customer toilets, alongside new black carpet tiles in the staff area and anti-slip vinyl flooring in the staff toilets.

Ceilings, walls, architraves and door frames were thoroughly prepared and redecorated, delivering a clean, fresh and durable finish throughout the refurbished areas.

Everlast Gyms, Barrow-in-Furness, Painting & Decorating

We recently completed internal decoration works for our client Everlast Gyms at their site in Barrow-in-Furness.

The works covered a number of key areas throughout the facility, including the reception, café, main gym area and swimming pool, helping to refresh the internal appearance and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for members and visitors.

The project involved thorough preparation and decoration of the various areas, with careful consideration given to working within a busy leisure environment and minimising disruption to the facility.

We recently completed internal decoration works for our client Sports Direct at their store in Bradford, refreshing the sales area and giving the space a clean, fresh finish.

The works included preparation and internal redecoration throughout the sales area, with all works carefully planned and carried out at night during non trading hours to minimise disruption to the store and allow normal trading to continue during the day.

Joules Brewery, The Staff of Life, Painting & Decorating

We recently completed external decoration works at the Staff of Life pub in Stoke on Trent for our new client, Joules Brewery, refreshing the exterior and enhancing the overall appearance of the building.

The works included preparing and making good all surfaces, followed by two coats of masonry paint to the previously decorated external walls across the front and left elevations, including the perimeter boundary wall.

External woodwork was also prepared and finished with undercoat and two coats of oil based gloss, including the traditional timber shop frontage, windows, fascia and soffits. Minor timber repairs were also undertaken where required, with a scaffold tower provided to safely access high level areas.

We’re pleased to have started working with Joules and look forward to building on the relationship and working with them again on future projects.

Arnold Clark, Northwich, Demolition & Groundworks

We recently completed demolition and groundworks at our client Arnold Clark’s Northwich site, removing an existing valet bay structure and transforming the area with a new tarmac finish.

The works involved the controlled dismantling and removal of the existing steel framed structure, including internal timber studwork and steel cladding. Electrical services were safely isolated and removed prior to demolition.

Following removal of the structure, the area was excavated and prepared, with the sub base rebuilt using compacted MOT Type 1 aggregate. Approximately 40mm of hot laid tarmac was then installed and seamlessly tied into the existing surface.

We also made good areas affected by drainage works, leaving the site with a durable, level and professionally finished surface.

We have completed this Refurbishment project for our client Ladbrokes at their store in Wrexham.

The scope of work included:

✅ Spray application to suspended ceilings across the shop floor and behind the sales counter
✅ Redecoration of all shop floor areas
✅ Redecoration of back of house areas
✅ Replacement of vinyl flooring to staff and customer toilets
✅ Replacement of carpet tiles to the staff room
✅ Replacement of kitchen sink unit and worktop
✅ New hand dryer installed in the customer toilet by our electrician

We have recently completed signage area refurbishment works for our client JD Wetherspoon at The Wheatsheaf in Stoke-on-Trent

The works involved removing the existing sub-fascias and framework before supplying and installing new framework and marine plywood sub-fascias.

The new plywood was then primed, undercoated and gloss finished to provide a durable and high-quality finish.

Existing lighting was safely disconnected and removed during the works, before being reinstalled and reconnected once the refurbishment was complete.

A mobile scaffold tower was also supplied to provide safe access for the high-level works.

We have successfully completed this refurbishment project for our client, Cera Care, at their office in Stafford.

The scope of work included:

✅ Removal of redundant fire suppression, electrical and CCTV services
✅ Air conditioning servicing throughout
✅ Raised floor repairs and replacement flooring
✅ Removal of reception furniture and partition walls
✅ Ceiling tile replacement and joinery repairs
✅ Kitchen and blind repairs
✅ New carpet tiles to the former server room
✅ Commercial cleaning of approximately 680m² of flooring
✅ Full preparation, making good and redecoration

The completed works have refreshed and improved the working environment, delivering a clean, functional and professionally finished office space for Cera Care.
