Setting off now ready for the Monday 8am start. Easy work this is why didn’t the government think of it earlier 🤣

This chimney breast was suffering with damp and salts contamination so we knocked it back to brick and treated it with Dryzone Dryshield.

We then fitted 32.5mm insulated plasterboard before giving it a fresh skim.

An air vent was fitted to allow air circulation and once dry we finished it with anti-fungal paint ready for the customer to paint in her chosen colour.

Fireplace refitted and new skirting fitted to finish it off 👌🏼

Another damp problem sorted 👍🏼

Another damp problem sorted 👌🏼

We started by hacking off all the damp-affected plaster back to the brickwork before treating the walls with Dryzone Dryshield. This helps protect against moisture while still allowing the walls to breathe.

Once treated, the walls were plasterboarded and given a fresh skim, leaving a clean finish ready for decorating.

We also installed a new vent into the cupboard to improve airflow and help reduce the risk of future moisture and condensation problems.

Another one left clean, dry and ready for paint 💪🏼

Another damp problem sorted ✅

This property was suffering from both rising and penetrating damp, so we tackled the problem from the inside and out.

Internally, all affected plaster was hacked off back to brick, treated using Dryzone Dryshield Cream, before being reboarded and fully skimmed ready for decorating.

Externally, we raked out the old defective mortar and fully repointed the affected areas, helping prevent further water pe*******on and protect the property from the outside.

Rising damp. Penetrating damp. Sorted.

This hallway was suffering from rising damp, so we did what we do best — got it gone. 💪🏼

Hacked off to 1 metre high, DPC membrane fitted to all affected areas, reboarded and finished with a full skim.

Another damp problem sorted and the hallway left clean, fresh and ready for a lick of paint or two.
