Take a look at this Roof Lantern we have recently installed to a property in Harriseahead. 🌳📍

Roof lanterns are an excellent way to let natural light into your property and make a room look and feel much bigger. Not to mention the premium feel they add!

Our customer chose the anthracite grey colour, which really adds to the modern, premium look. 🩶

What a great feature this sliding door is! 🌟

On this extension project in Harriseahead, we have installed this aluminium sliding door, which can be opened from the left, the right, or even both at the same time! It is in the anthracite grey colour, which makes it stand out even more, and has a low threshold, for ease of access. 🚶‍♂️

To complete the room, we also installed 2 small PVC white windows to the rear and side of the extension. With the side one being a thin rectangle shape, to let light in, bur keep privacy. 🪟

All of these installs will allow lots of light into the room for the customer! If you’re looking for anything similar to an extension, a new build, or an existing property, wed love to help!

👷🏼‍♂️🧱 New Lintel Installation

Swipe to see the installation of a new angle iron lintel and soldier course of bricks at this property in Penkhull. 📍

The existing lintel had cracked and was allowing water 💧 into the property, so we got to work replacing it with a new, secure solution.

The new lintel is now providing a strong, watertight finish, while the new soldier course gives the opening a clean, finished look. 👌🏼

The opening is now ready for a new window installation by our team later on.🪟😎

If you have a similar issue with a damaged or failing lintel, we’d be happy to help.

Before ➡️ After!

A few before and after photos of our recent school transformation in Sandbach.📍🌳

From these photos, you really see how much of an upgrade the new windows give to the building. All without sacrificing the old, traditional look.

On the final photo, the ground floor windows are old, and the first floor photos are new, giving another side by side comparison. 😎
