Happy September it’s test your smoke alarms day again. Smoke heat and CO alarms all need a monthly check.
It only takes a couple of minutes.
Check the expiry dates as they only have a 10 year life. A couple of replacements from this month. Check out the date on the old ones.

Happy July it’s test your smoke alarms day again don’t forget your heat and CO. A new fire prevention device now available is the fuse box / consumer unit fire extinguisher. These can be supplied and fitted. The detector is a smoke,heat and CO detector all in one. Fitted with the dust cover until the decorating is finished.

Happy June everyone it’s the 1st so it’s test your smoke alarm day. Smoke heat and CO they all need a test and a 6 monthly vacuum just around the grills. And it’s always a good idea to check the expiry date. 10 year life on most detectors (less on some). Here’s one from last month. The customer had no idea they went out of date. (Sorry it’s upside down)

Replacing end of life devices with 10 year lithium battery detectors.
Stay safe everyone and do that test today. Notice the big test button on the new detectors so you can test them safely without climbing just use a brush handle or even an umbrella.
