Leek New Road reopened on Tuesday evening, around 24 hours after it was closed.
A big thank you to our Dangerous Structures and Highways teams, and to Baskervilles Demolition and MTC Crane Hire, who worked at speed to make the building safe and get the road open.

The closure was needed because the roof and frontage of a privately owned building were unstable and leaning over the road. Where a dangerous structure is on private land, there is a legal process we have to follow.

As of the 1st of November our Reclamation & Timber yard will be only be open for prearranged collections and deliveries of online sales and closed for public access.

We are still open to public viewing until 31st October were you can browse all items for sale on site.
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm & Saturdays 8am - 1pm.
