Over 100 tons removed this week and site cleared ready for our next project on Meir Park.
Three weeks of family fun in the sun first tho! 🌞

Nice little job in Blythe Bridge finished today.
We did the template, supply and fit of the glazing for the raised area stepping down onto the garden to meet with current building regulations.
We then made the 15 year old 100m2 Indian Sandstone patio look as good as it did the day it was laid. There was a lot of grinding out of the old sand and cement mortar followed by a good clean and seal and then it has been re-pointed using a two part resin 👌

What a busy few days it’s been emptying this property so we can get stuck in to doing what we do best and making it into a lovely home. A week off next week and then we aim for a 5 week turnaround on this project to get it back on the market 🔨 🏡

We’ve been back for phase 2 of our project at Baldwins Gate this last few months and it is now complete 😁
The first phase of works was to completely re-model the existing property which involved a lot of steels in order to take out structural walls to create a large open plan living area and the installation of a new bathroom, en-suites, kitchen, flooring, etc..
A replacement flat roof structure was installed with the addition of two roof lanterns finished off with aluminium sliding doors.
We have returned this year for phase two which was to add a rear bedroom extension with en-suite and re-locate the existing utility room ( the last room to be touched) and install a new utility room in a new location.
This project really has made a house a home for our lovely customers, it’s been an absolute pleasure and we are very happy with the result 🏡

A lot of work has gone into our project in Sneyd Green and it was worth all of the effort! Works consisted of walls out, new walls built, windows bricked up, new window openings formed, new kitchen installed, new bathroom fitted, new ground floor WC fitted, LVT flooring with underfloor heating, the list goes on…
Needless to say the clients are very happy with the end result and so are we👌
