Nice little job in Blythe Bridge finished today.
We did the template, supply and fit of the glazing for the raised area stepping down onto the garden to meet with current building regulations.
We then made the 15 year old 100m2 Indian Sandstone patio look as good as it did the day it was laid. There was a lot of grinding out of the old sand and cement mortar followed by a good clean and seal and then it has been re-pointed using a two part resin 👌

We’ve been back for phase 2 of our project at Baldwins Gate this last few months and it is now complete 😁
The first phase of works was to completely re-model the existing property which involved a lot of steels in order to take out structural walls to create a large open plan living area and the installation of a new bathroom, en-suites, kitchen, flooring, etc..
A replacement flat roof structure was installed with the addition of two roof lanterns finished off with aluminium sliding doors.
We have returned this year for phase two which was to add a rear bedroom extension with en-suite and re-locate the existing utility room ( the last room to be touched) and install a new utility room in a new location.
This project really has made a house a home for our lovely customers, it’s been an absolute pleasure and we are very happy with the result 🏡

A lot of work has gone into our project in Sneyd Green and it was worth all of the effort! Works consisted of walls out, new walls built, windows bricked up, new window openings formed, new kitchen installed, new bathroom fitted, new ground floor WC fitted, LVT flooring with underfloor heating, the list goes on…

Our project on Meir Park is now complete! Here we have converted the detached garage into an annexe for a family member to live in, landscaped the rear garden and altered the ground floor layout of the existing property.
Works inside the property consisted of removing the wall between the dining room and kitchen, altering a wall opening to install 2 fold Oak doors into the lounge and altering a wall opening to install 2 fold aluminium doors into the conservatory. Followed by the installation of a lovey new Howdens Porcelain kitchen complete with solid Oak worktops and Belfast sink.
The customers are thrilled with the results and so are we what a brilliant transformation! 👌
