Busy day today installing resin

Well it’s been another busy few weeks on another project transforming a garden into a better for attractive space
This included
Installing a new key kerb eagdeing around the board

Extending the driveway to make a room for more vehicles taking out the old kerbs and reusing them new MOT base with w**d membrane and the golden gravel

Removal of boundary hedge and tree stumps and roots and planting of a laurel hedge

The patio taking out the old sleeper edge and installing a cobble for a better appearance followed by grinding out all the lose jointing compound cleaning the patio with thanks from Jet Wash Cleaning.co.uk for a professional clean then we sealed the patio and re-jointed the patio

Have you widened your driveway? Did you know that if you are crossing the public pavement to access your property and not got a properly approved dropped kerb (vehicle crossing) you could find it costing £££ it is legally required in Yorkshire to have the kerb dropped if you have extended the drive and could be infoced in Staffordshire at any time soon .You cannot simply lower the kerb yourself it as to be approved contractor

Stoke-on-Trent City Council requires homeowners to apply for an approved dropped kerb where vehicle access is needed, and unauthorised crossings can lead to enforcement action. (Stoke-on-Trent City Council)

Another project nearing completion! With SGM Property Maintenance

We’ve recently transformed this courtyard with a complete landscaping makeover including:

New raised timber sleeper beds
Fether boarding of the fence
Tarmac cleaned and resealed to bring it back to life
New fence and gate
New back door step
