🤣Underfloor garden anyone?🤣

😬The joists on this floor were rotting that badly and that unsafe that the floor was collapsing underneath your feet😬

💦Once we ripped the old out we saw the problem, the ground level of the soil was making contact with the joists in places. Yesterday was a long day of digging down to ensure the ground level is at a MINIMUM of 300mm below the joists. We even dug out the wet soil deeper to remove the extra moisture💦

WOW!!! The client chose grey marble walls with black and white colour tone. We can all agree that they made the right decision. Just need to pop back and put some new PVC baseboard over the top of the skirting when they've decided what they want.
