We are proud to be delivering this project for our client, Indurent.

Indurent Park Stoke Central offers state-of-the-art industrial and logistics space.

This development features a multi-let industrial and commercial unit with two distinct building blocks, comprising a total of 10 units. Each unit includes dedicated delivery areas, staff parking, and pedestrian connectivity throughout the site.

The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026.

Intium Construction Ltd has been appointed as Principal Contractor by Indurent to deliver a 69,000sq ft multi-let industrial development in Stoke on Trent.

The project includes a new access road, utilities, infrastructure, ground improvement, earthworks and the construction of 2 industrial units divided into 10 individual units.

Each unit will achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ accreditation.

We are proud to announce the successful completion of our project "Encirc", a busy manufacturing plant near Chester.

The work was carried out while the plant remained operational, allowing the loading and unloading of HGVs to continue seamlessly during the construction of the new build.
