Direct Commercial Flooring is looking for a Flooring Site Inspector based in or around the South West of England (Cornwall, Somerset, Devon, Bristol & Gloucester)

You must have knowledge of the flooring industry with a valid CSCS card, (SSSTS preferred). The ideal candidate must be IT literate and able to work on their own initiative whilst being a team player and self-motivated.

Key areas of responsibilities:

· To carry out pre and post inspections of new build development homes

· Carry out site audits & toolbox talks

· Check installations for quality & compliance

· H&S awareness

· The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Communicate with fitters, clients and management.

· Ability to work in a confidential manner

Key requirements:

· Must have competent I.T skills

· Must be able to promote good practise from concept to delivery

· Excellent communication skills

· Must hold a full UK driving licence

· Must hold a valid CSCS Card
