No chimney , no problems. In this case we found the previous gas fire installer had chopped away at a major structural lintel , the only thing possible was to brick up make safe, cap and ventilate .
We think it turned out well !! Although fitting last week in 34 degrees was tough.

This week Sykes Gas & Heating Limited converted an old tank fed system to a combi.
We removed all tanks from the loft and relocated boiler into the old airing . We added a small radiator so that the customer still has some where to dry their washing. A*o a full system powerflush to remove old sludge from 30 year old boiler/system.
