Employee Milestone ⭐
Karl Lidster, our Lead Driver at JMAC Hire & Sales recently achieved 10 years service with the company.
Karl’s roles over this time include Decking Installer, Contracts Supervisor, Contracts Manager, FASET Trainer & he is now our Lead Driver.
This milestone is testament to Karl’s commitment to the company & also testament to the company on a whole. It reflects something we're incredibly proud of at JMAC Hire & Sales; providing opportunities for our team to learn, grow & progress throughout their careers.
Karl is known by the team as a ‘proper grafter’ who goes over & above every week in line with the needs & demands of the business. We would be lost without him!

"It has to be the people, both my colleagues & our clients too!”
What do you think has been the key to reaching this 10 year milestone?
"I've built a long-term understanding of the business due to the roles I have been in, I understand our products & our clients along with their needs & requirements. I've grown with the company, so everything has become second nature to me. I’m part of the furniture now!"
What makes your job so enjoyable?
"The variety. No two days are the same. One day I could be driving, the next delivering training, or the next helping out on site providing support to our clients.”
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
“In a new shiny wagon” 😊
