Off-site fabrication in action. 🏭

The Framwellgate School project is a good example of how prefabrication simplifies a build. Pile caps and beams were manufactured off-site, delivered to site, lifted into position and spliced together. Floor slabs followed using loose reinforcing bar, with mesh reinforcement for the upper floors.

Less time on site. Better quality control. A cleaner programme. 💪

Precision work in a live environment. 🏗️

The new NETA Training Facility at Stockton Riverside College was built on a former car park, tied into the existing campus at ground floor level and delivered without disruption to a working college site.

The scope included full groundwork and external works, an under-slab gas ventilation and disposal system, and a circa 1,200m² RC ground floor slab finished in-house using an electric laser guided screed to SR2 standard.

A technically demanding project, delivered exactly as it should be. ✅

We’re pleased to be delivering approximately 4,900 m² of external concrete yard slabs as part of the Fujifilm project.

Our scope includes reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement and finishing, together with the associated jointing and site logistics required to deliver a high-quality, durable finish.

A project that demonstrates the importance of precision, coordination and quality workmanship at every stage of delivery.
