Back after 35 years.

While stripping the wallpaper in this Victorian bedroom, we uncovered “Alan Cox & Son – 28/04/91” written on the wall.

We were the last decorators to work in this room over 35 years ago, and it’s been a pleasure to return and decorate it again.

It was a full refurbishment, including stripping the old wallpaper, preparing and lining the walls, and restoring all the original woodwork in white satin.

It’s always satisfying to return to a job after so many years. Quality preparation and attention to detail help create a finish that lasts, and it’s something we’ve always taken pride in.
