I know we haven’t been posting much lately… but in our defence, you beautiful lot have been keeping us far too bloody busy! 😂

By the time we’ve finished work, cleaned the van, put the tools away and remembered what day of the week it is, social media has been the last thing on our minds! 🤣

So, here’s just a little snapshot of what we’ve been getting stuck into lately:

🔧 New bathroom installation – Norton
🍽️ New kitchen installation – Stockton
🔥 15 decorative radiators replaced across 4 different properties
🔥 Smart Gazco LPG gas fire & flue installation – Bishopton
🚰 18 sets of taps replaced from Kirkby all the way up to Durham
💧 2 underground cold water supply leaks traced and repaired
🔧 Plus more servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding than we could count on both hands AND feet! 😂

And that’s only a fraction of it!

It’s been a proper mix of big jobs, small jobs, emergencies, upgrades, repairs and everything in between — and we genuinely appreciate every single customer who keeps trusting us with their homes. New customers, returning customers and everyone who recommends us to their friends and family — thank you! ❤️

🔥 Boiler Upgrade Completed in a Challenging Under Stairs Cupboard Space 🔥

Not every boiler installation is straightforward, and this one certainly kept us on our toes!

Working in a very tight space, we removed the old boiler and installed a new Viessmann condensing combi boiler, making the most of the limited access while ensuring everything was installed to the highest standard.

This installation included:

✅ Removal of the existing boiler
✅ Installation of a new energy-efficient Viessmann combi boiler
✅ Complete reconfiguration of the pipework
✅ Magnetic system filter fitted to help protect the heating system
✅ New isolation valves for easier servicing and maintenance
✅ Insulated exposed pipework for improved efficiency
✅ Fully commissioned, tested and registered with the manufacturer

Another heating system brought up to modern standards with the installation of a new Viessmann condensing combi boiler.

For this installation we:
✅ Removed the existing Baxi boiler
✅ Installed a new high-efficiency Viessmann combi boiler
✅ Completely reconfigured and upgraded the pipework
✅ Installed a magnetic system filter to help protect the heating system
✅ Fitted new isolation valves for easier future servicing and maintenance
✅ Insulated all exposed heating pipework
✅ Left the installation neat, tidy and fully commissioned
