Ashworth Hall in Rochdale restored to its former glory thanks to the Design Haus team and contractor Walker Conservation Specialists Ltd.

Thought to date back to the 17th or 18th Century the Grade II listed cottage has been refurbished throughout, with remodelled kitchen, bathrooms and a new garage. DH's conservation architects worked hard to ensure heritage features such as the Jacobean staircase, fireplaces and ceilings were preserved, whilst creating a stylish and contemporary home for the owners.

Fantastic to see Woodland View nearing completion on site for our client Concert Living, with many of the homes already occupied. This outstanding development of 21 contemporary new houses in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom options has been designed by our team to blend harmoniously with Wrea Green's rural setting and surrounding woodlands. Pendleton Meadows, a small exclusive development of 21 new homes in Clitheroe, is nearing completion. Working with client Concert Homes and contractor Brimas Construction, Design Haus has designed the homes to very high specification with 3, 4 and 5 bedroom options. Whether an extension, remodelling or a completely new home, we can get your project ready for planning. We will do this working remotely, observing all social distancing measures.

Call or email us for a no-obligation telephone or video meeting to discuss your plans. This meeting is free and from this we can provide a quotation for your proposed works and planning application.

If you then want to proceed, we would normally carry out a survey of your property. Although this is difficult at present, we can either work from your measurements or attend when the property is empty.

We will then work up your designs using our 3D software and review with you via telephone/video meetings until you are happy to submit your planning application.

When lockdown restrictions are lifted, and subject to planning approval, we can help you appoint your builder.
