Boiler change in hazel grove. Repositioned into bathroom and condensate heater fitted to prevent any problems if we get another cold winter.

Sometimes it’s amazing that boilers stay on the wall.
Screwed into lath and plaster, vertical flue separated in loft and massive gas leak behind gas fire. Only 2 days earlier a smart meter had been fitted and no leaks found....
New boiler, new gas supply, happy customer....
