Today we officially close out the year with a strong finish, completing two commercial projects.

These included AIB repair and encapsulation under fully controlled conditions, along with the removal of insulation residues from pipework and walls within a boiler room.
We rounded things off with a domestic AIB removal.

I can’t praise the team enough! a skilled, experienced team who go the extra mile every single day.

A huge thank you to all our clients, customers and suppliers for your continued support throughout the year. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

😷 AIB (Asbestos Insulation Board) Soffit Removal – Northwich

Another safe and successful AIB soffit removal completed! 👏
The weather held off just long enough and the team did a brilliant job getting everything set up and carried out safely.

If you’re planning anything from small gutter and fascia repairs to a full roof replacement or extension, it’s always worth having your soffits inspected and tested. Asbestos can often be present and we still see cases where damage is caused simply because no one stopped to ask for a report, or the homeowner didn’t realise asbestos could be there.

This customer had already covered all bases, which made the process smooth, but it’s a reminder to double-check these things when planning any home improvements. 🏡

Non-Notifiable Asbestos Removal Works

Jobs like this are always an important part of what we do. During this project, the garage roof collapsed while the removal was underway. Luckily, our experienced team were able to spot the risk early and manage the situation safely.

As always, the site was left clean and safe, with no injuries.

We are now six months into holding our full HSE asbestos licence and are currently undertaking our 19th licensed project.

To date, we have successfully completed a total of 7 site audits:

5 external audits, two of which were conducted by the HSE.

Whether domestic, commercial, licensed, or non-licensed, we remain fully committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of work across all projects.
