A HMO was originally designed for students and professionals who can’t afford to run a full property on there own, contrary to what your bald headed mate who exchanges water for cans of Stella and as an England flag tattooed on his calf

In the past 3 days alone I’ve lost a minimum of £160. But in the same respect I’ve saved two customers £80 each.

I’ve done this by receiving calls regarding loss of power due to rcd tripping and not being able to reset and talking the customers through the procedure. Diagnosed both over the phone so the customer as power back on before I would of even got there if I left my house

1) fault with an outside light in new mills on a lovely dog boarding place I’ve worked at
2) faulty microwave for a friend of mine elderly mother

This is why peoples nans love me i think 😂

Work was carried out in Mottram for a new customer for £75. Installation already had rcd in place and what else was needed to be able to issue a minor works.

Today I realised I left my work wellies in the van that got wrote off and is now a tin of beans..

Today I needed them wellies due to under the sub floor being a touch wet and obviously don’t want to carry muddy boots through a customers property.

Only solutions not problems 😂

Learned this due to being a 80’s child and having to improvise or walk around with wet feet in the snow. It’s not failed me yet
