📝 New project completed in Edinburgh

The brief was to create a bespoke outdoor kitchen & entertaining space that could be enjoyed all year round.

💐 We installed a sandstone patio, edged with setts to create a softer transition into the surrounding flowerbeds.

🧑🏽‍🍳 The outdoor kitchen was completely custom built, with a timber frame & cupboards, integrated cooking appliances, fridge & sink. Cream microcement worktops finish the space and were sealed for durability.

🌞 A clear-roof pergola keeps the area covered while still allowing plenty of natural light in, with chunky timber posts giving it a strong architectural finish.

🔥 We finished the space with made-to-measure seating around a Scandi-style stove, plus a Venetian screen to add shelter and create a cosier feel.

💡 Strip lighting and brass pendants added by the client bring warmth to the space after dark.

A perfect outdoor extension of the home, built for cooking, hosting and enjoying in every season.

Recently completed job in Bishopbriggs - we cleared years of waste from the back of garden before installing a fence for privacy, sleeper retainer and then paved the whole area in Indian Sandstone. We created a circular bed around the plum tree adding a small feature in the middle of the patio.

Clean, bright and useable space for our client to enjoy for years to come!

⚠️ Work in progress in Gartmore ⚠️

This week’s been all about transforming this outdoor space with a new porcelain patio and pathways.

The homeowners chose a warm, buff-toned porcelain to complement the stone window surrounds and it’s worked exactly as we’d hoped.

With views like these, it’s not hard to see why this is such a great place to work.

The paving is down and it’s really starting to take shape, but there’s still plenty to do before we can call this one finished. Cobble sett edging, turfing and a redesign of the flower beds are still to come.

Looking forward to sharing the finished result.
