Roughcast work completed on this conservatory earlier in the week along with making good a patch left from previous building work, making the most of a couple of sunny days ☀️
Defective render all chipped off, new upvc beads installed, basecoat applied then white top coat and a wet dash to finish.

Garage flat roof replacement complete✔️
• 3 layer built up torch on system applied
•existing felt and roof deck removed and reboarded in 18mm OSB board.
• New white upvc fascia installed around perimeter.
