We finally got back to finish off the extension at Milnathort from the end of last year. A couple of hold ups made it hard and a long wait to get back. The client wanted locally sourced Scottish oak skirtings, facings, door/window frames, window cills and a big 6inch post for the middle of the opening. So she had to wait a while to have them machined out a of a local sawmill. Once they were ready and delivered around about March/April time, we were at a very busy stage in the year. We have also finished the backside of the extension with a white scratch coat render. The project is looking amazing and the oak has worked out really nice inside. fergusons_j_and_p.

Was back in st ninians for a returning customer. They wanted some more storage in the bedroom. So we created these built in wardrobes that follow the shape of the roof and maximise the storage space. The painter was just starting when I had to pop back and fit the door handles. fergusons_j_and_p

Started this job in fallin in the middle of August and was finished last week. The load bearing wall was meant to come down and new steel work. But once we removed the wall we discovered the wall wasn't load bearing but had to wait over a week and half for the engineer to confirm 😡. Anyway once it was confirmed progress was made and new ceiling in the living room, new kitchen and lvt flooring from Howdens Stirling Branch. New skirtings and facings through the downstairs. The electrical work was done by Jamie Stewart and the plastering work alongside the joinery with fergusons_j_and_p. It looks amazing 🤩 and opens up the full downstairs.

Garden room in braehead completed outside today with fergusons_j_and_p . We had previously done the majority of the cladding but we had to wait for the corner trims to arrive as they were delayed. Once the client has gotten the inside painted and floor tiled we will be back to do slat wall and skirtings.

We were in st ninians to a returning client last week to take away the front door and replace with a window and ovc cladding. We also removed the window and cut down the blockwork to install a new pvc door. The purpose was to make a wider door to allow easier access for the client. We also replaced another window on the back of the house. The outside light was move and a new one fitted by Jamie Stewart and fergusons_j_and_p was there to help with joinery and also do the plastering and roughcasting repairs.

Finally got back to the kitchen in Linlithgow last week after waiting nearly 7 weeks for the new kitchen door to come in but what a difference having the half glass door though. We were also asked to fit new skirtings and facings in the kitchen also with fergusons_j_and_p. Thanks again to Jamie Stewart and GM Tiling Ltd
