We have been out installing this new driveway this week.

This is a nice colour scheme to go with the lovely property.

This is the lairds charcoal trio cobble block pavers with the Nordic trio border and laird kerb block to retain the grassed area and create a lovely sweeping curve.

New ice blue gravel installed and new acro channel drains installed along the front of the garage doors.

The old walling was removed and replaced with the fair faced block to keep the original look and keep with all the surrounding walling in the street.

Not to forget the new refaced front door step using the global stone station black porcelain paving with our signature touches with the rounded corners and bullnosed edge.
The step will get pointed with the 2 part joint it epoxy grout once this wet spell passes.

This Stunning full garden makeover kept us busy the last few weeks.

Detail and perfection can't be rushed.

This garden was sloped and not very useable for the kid to play and be safe.

So we started the dig out to create more level and kid safe spaces.

Fence removed and old steps demolished.

Foundations installed and Retaining walls built
New steps formed and the correct subbase installed.

The customer picked the Globalstone porcelain paving and loved the black and pearl contrast.

All the porcelain step edges have been bull noised and all the corners have been rounded to make it as child friendly as possible but still keeping the modern and stylish finish.

We installed the trampoline in the ground for easy access for the kids.

The new artificial grass was installed for a low maintenance area for the kids to play.

A new feather edge fence and gate built for more privacy and security.

All the work gets done by my self to make sure every job gets the detailing and Finnish that is hard to beat. 👍💪

Built to last.

Removed the old rotten sleeper retainer and replaced it with a more stylish and permanent solution.

New foundations dug and poured and 6" concrete block retainer built.
A new drain has been installed behind the wall and a silt trap constructed before it was connected into the original house surface water down pipe.

The customer liked the look of the buff Strathmore walling to keep the similar look with the block work on the house and the Indian sandstone has been used for the coping to keep the natural look and contrast.

Been back to one of our past customers for more work to be done.

The customer had asked for a shelter/lean too for a seating area I only had a brief description and left the rest to us.

We installed the 150mmx150mm posts to support the structure and all the framework is built with 6x2 joists.

We installed the 10mm polycarbinet roofsheets with the correct jointing strips and end trims.

A fascia board has been installed and black gutter and down pipe too keep the look of the original on the house.

The customer is very happy with the finished results and said its better than what was imagined.

We have been doing a little maintenance job recently. We have been installing some drainage channels on this job to help with water run off and puddling on the customers pathway.

No problems now 👍👌

Removed all the old planters and decking on this job for a more kid friendly area.

Some paving was uplifted and re laid to create a small seating area.
A braked play area has been formed with sleepers for the kids trampoline and toys.
And a nice sized lawn laid with fresh top soil and lush green turf.
