Golf Simulator at the end of the garden.

This one’s a bit special. Our client wanted somewhere to work on their swing all year round, whatever the Scottish weather throws at them, so we built them their own garden golf studio.

The building has a footprint of 6.5m x 4.5m, with an apex roof that gives plenty of headroom for a full swing. We finished the outside in Cedral cladding with a box profile steel roof, so it’s tough, low maintenance and looks the part. Big glazed doors and a feature gable window let the light in, and the soffit downlights make it look great on a winter evening.

Inside, the simulator was fitted by specialist contractors, and we’re really pleased with how the whole space came together. It’s an all-weather practice setup right at the bottom of the garden.

Recently completed this garden room in the Glasgow area.

This garden room was in a conservation area and we handled the planning permission for the client and took care of the full installation of the garden room.

The room is a 5m x 4m foot print – but within that space we were able to create a sizable cinema room with an huge 80 inch TV on the wall fitted by ourselves with an L-shape couch, small creative room with desk and a rear store room for all the garden tools.

New Extension started this week in Troon from a returning garden room client.

This week will be the down taking of the old glass extension and forming the foundations.

Weights that lift weights.

This specialist lifting beam weighed 4.5 tonnes and was engineered to safely handle loads of up to 35 tonnes. More importantly, it enabled a secure six-point lifting configuration, giving our team the control and accuracy required to position each modular building with exceptional precision.

The ability to carefully manoeuvre and align these structures is critical to the success of every installation. This specialist equipment played a key role in ensuring the buildings were placed safely, efficiently, and exactly where they needed to be.

Without this level of lifting capability, achieving the speed, accuracy, and quality of installation delivered on the day simply would not have been possible.
