Fantastic review from the last project we completed.

Thanks again to all our new and returning clients keeping us busy this year and from myself and the team we do thoroughly enjoy working on each project we are on.

Another project completed, and this one was a great build from start to finish.

With a footprint of 6.5m x 4.6m and an impressive 64m² deck area, this was a substantial garden room project that has created a fantastic additional space for our clients.

It was a pleasure working on this project from day one. The clients were brilliant throughout, and even kept us well looked after during the recent heatwave with an ice cooler full of soft drinks ready for us every morning! ☀️🧊

We also had the opportunity to work with some new contractors and suppliers on this build:

🔥 Joe McAdam – installation of the wood-burning stove
🚪 Express Bi-Folds – sliding doors
🪵 Perform Composite Decking – Coral range composite decking

Our mini digger was put to good use getting the ground prepared, with the excavated soil taken away by George Taggart &owastesolutions

A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project together, and especially to our customers for trusting us with their build.

We genuinely enjoy creating these spaces and seeing each project come together from the initial groundworks through to the finished room.

Lovely review from Glasgow Prestwick Airport — and one that means a lot to the whole team at Aroha Escapes.

Being honest, this project tested every bit of our resolve. When we first agreed to take it on, the time-frame was extremely tight, and there were definitely moments where we wondered if we’d bitten off more than we could chew — not something I’d ever usually admit too.

But that’s what we do at Aroha Escapes. When the pressure is on, the team pulls together, we push ourselves outside our comfort zone, and we find a way to get the job done.

This project was no exception. From the initial design and layouts through to manufacture, delivery and installation, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we hit the deadline and delivered something we could all be proud of.

The result - a bespoke, high-quality modular office, delivered on time and tailored specifically to the requirements of the airport — and, most importantly, a very happy client.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this one happen. It was a challenging project, but seeing it all come together made every long day and weekend shift worthwhile.

We’re incredibly proud of the result and genuinely grateful for the kind words from Prestwick Airport.

Prestwick Airport Modular Offices successfully delivered and installed.

Glowing reports from the RAF who are using the building 24/7 just now during there stay at Prestwick.

Going from 6 independent steal structures in our workshop to fully installed and functional office spaces is a testament to the team here at Aroha Escapes and the extended sub-contractors who went above and beyond to deliver such high-quality build in such a tight time frame.

Steady the Buffs 🔴⚫

Weights that lift weights.

This specialist lifting beam weighed 4.5 tonnes and was engineered to safely handle loads of up to 35 tonnes. More importantly, it enabled a secure six-point lifting configuration, giving our team the control and accuracy required to position each modular building with exceptional precision.

The ability to carefully manoeuvre and align these structures is critical to the success of every installation. This specialist equipment played a key role in ensuring the buildings were placed safely, efficiently, and exactly where they needed to be.

Without this level of lifting capability, achieving the speed, accuracy, and quality of installation delivered on the day simply would not have been possible.

Final delivery day: complete. ✅

The final three modular units have now been successfully delivered and installed at Prestwick Airport, with fantastic support from the team at 3b construction.

Having all 6 units sitting perfectly together makes this ambitious project feel that more satisfying.

The building is now fully watertight, securely positioned on its concrete plinths, and we're busy with the final internal finishes ahead of handover.

A huge thank you to the team for trusting Aroha Escapes to deliver this important facility as part of the airport's continued expansion plans.

What a week.

The last of the 3 modular units were delivered to Prestwick Airport this week and as a team we are well and truly soaked and knackered from a successful week outside ☔. The trades are in and working the weekend to get the internals finished up for next week.

Joinery has been top tier from the team as you walk around the completed indoor space you get a true appreciation of the level of precision which goes into lining buildings up from the workshop to here on site. So, a huge thanks to everyone at Aroha.

We are looking forward to seeing the final touches added in the coming week.
