🔥 WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT TO USE A GAS SAFE REGISTERED ENGINEER? 🔥

When it comes to gas work, safety should always come first.

Using a Gas Safe registered engineer means you’re choosing someone who is registered to legally carry out the relevant gas work and has the appropriate qualifications for the appliances they work on.

✅ Safety first – Gas appliances need to be installed and serviced correctly.
✅ Correct installation – Appliances need to be installed and commissioned in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and relevant requirements.
✅ Peace of mind – You know the work is being carried out by a registered professional.
✅ Paperwork & certification – Where required, the correct certificates can be provided following gas work.
✅ Protect your home & family – Correctly installed and maintained gas appliances help reduce the risks associated with gas leaks and carbon monoxide.

👨‍🔧 Don’t take chances when it comes to gas. Always use a Gas Safe registered engineer.

🔥 BOILER FLUE CHECK – WHY CLIPS MATTER 🔥

A boiler flue isn’t something that should simply be left hanging or unsupported.

✅ Helps prevent movement and stress on joints
✅ Keeps the flue securely supported
✅ Helps maintain the correct flue position
✅ Reduces the risk of joints becoming compromised
✅ Ensures the installation follows the manufacturer’s requirements

Regular checks of your boiler and flue are important to make sure everything remains safe, secure and operating correctly.

🔧 BOILER FILTER CLEANED! 🔧

Another boiler given some much-needed TLC! 🧼🔥

This filter had collected a serious amount of sludge and debris, so we stripped it down, cleaned it thoroughly and got it ready to do its job properly again.

A clean system filter can help to:

✅ Keep radiators and the boiler working efficiently
✅ Help protect key boiler components
✅ Reduce the risk of blockages and heating issues
✅ Keep your heating system running reliably

Regular servicing and filter maintenance can make a big difference to the health and performance of your heating system.

If your boiler filter hasn’t been checked or cleaned for a while, give CB Plumbing & Heating a call. 🔥🔧

✅ Protects your heat pump system
✅ Extra peace of mind through the winter

With winter approaching, it’s worth making sure your heat pump is properly protected against freezing temperatures. 🥶
