We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Administrator to:

* Manage UK & international customer orders from enquiry to delivery
* Prepare quotes, sales orders, packing list and invoices in NAV
* Coordinate shipping, logistics, and export documentation
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods
