Plenty happening at our Matfield project! 🏡🔨
We’re continuing to make great progress both inside and out, with several trades now moving the project onto its next stages.
Internally, the first fix M&E is now complete, allowing the finishing works to really start gathering pace. The plastering is progressing throughout the property, and it’s amazing how quickly the spaces begin to feel like finished rooms once those smooth walls and ceilings start appearing.
A big shout-out to Emmerson Plastering for their work across the project 👏 There are plenty of details to work around here, particularly across the ceilings and rooflights, and it’s great to see it all coming together.
DaneCeramics has also made a start on tiling the bathrooms, adding another layer of finish to the interiors as we work our way through the different areas of the property.
Outside, work is continuing on the walled garden and landscaping, so there’s progress happening right across the site as we begin bringing together both the house and its surroundings.
Lots of different elements moving forward at Matfield now, and with each stage completed, we’re getting a much clearer picture of the finished project. 👌
More updates to come as we keep pushing on!
