A little job we completed this week for a lovely couple in Long Eaton

They had some holes in the bottom run of felt and it had perished and the bottom 3 laths were all rotten and broken. We removed the tiles, stripped the felt and laths off and added new felt and treated battens.

We installed a 3 in 1 ventilation, eave tray and bird comb system to give a good airflow whilst protecting the eaves and the felt.

We also re-bedded the full ridgeline and gave the chimney a new flaunch, keeping it safe from any leaks for many more years.
