Building Inspection Passed and water tight now handed over , lovely clients .
Shell only and Water tight package can work with clients better if they have there own trades like this one .
client had a electrician from the army and a plumber already sorted at a cheaper rate no problem .
We are always happy to work to a budget .
Transparency and a contract payment schedule from the start and no issues .
We had a month to complete we took 3 weekends and a night to get water tight and handed over .

10 bed full back to brick refurbishment in Chedder we took on .
12 weeks until they moved in no one wanted to touch it nowhere near enough time .
7 days a week with a team of 10 we attacked it and got it finished to a high end specification ready for the whole family of police officers to move in before Xmas ..
Was a hard winter for the lads this one .

Testing air vents on a old property rip out in bedminster .

Only X1 working vent ...
This floor has to be ripped up due to poor air ventilation throughout .
The correct air flow and dpm placement is vital ..
We will install 2 vents that runs through the kitchen and picks this back basement dinning room up leaving 2 working vents , re-install the floor and lay lvt.
New toilet lay out to be installed with a sink .
