This property has been completely transformed, from a dull, dark 70s bungalow into a light, bright, modern home. A full strip back and start again!

My team worked relentlessly, 7 days a week and all hours, to turn this project around during the wettest start to a year I’ve ever known.

We’re really proud of the finish and hope the client loves it as much as we do.

Remember this one from last year? Back in summer 2024, we were invited to bring this sizable extension out of the ground. Fast forward a year, and the shell is now up,ready for windows and doors!
We’ll be back next spring to complete the cladding and internals. A huge thank you to our amazing clients for their glowing review and five-star hospitality!

“You can’t rush perfection” never a truer word said when thinking of Kent Construction. Buying an old house is always a labour of love, and the Kent Construction team have understood the brief from day one.

Over the past year, they have painstakingly replaced two Collyweston slate roofs and built a beautiful extension using reclaimed stone. As with any old property, unexpected challenges have arisen along the way, but the team have always been a calm and confident presence, efficiently resolving any issues.

I can honestly say the finished result has far exceeded my expectations—and that’s coming from a very particular customer.

Back to revisit a previous client! A full utility fit out, new downstairs bathroom and 35 m2 of herringbone tiling throughout! New skirting boards, Architraves and Doors. Lovely Stuff 👍🏻
