Sub contract opportunity on a self employed basis.

Due to one of our contracts overrunning, we are looking for a company to carry out a job on our behalf.
The job is:
Second fixing various items, sockets, spurs…..etc.
The job is labour only as all materials have been supplied. The job located in Glasgow in student accommodation .

PPE, Hi viz and CSCS/ECS card required
If terms are agreed, selected company/person is responsible for their own tax and NI.

- Cutting out/ digging out 22 pot holes from concrete
- Refilling with concrete
- Dig out and cut a sunken 7m cable trench and refill with concrete
- Raise sunken manhole cover

The job is labour only and is located in Middlewich.

If terms are agreed, selected company is responsible for their own tax and NI.

Happy December!

As we enter into the most wonderful time of the year 🎅🏼 here’s some more photos of some recent works!

We removed the existing pipework and started the new from scratch, replacing the waste pipe and installing isolator valves as there were previously none.

A new sink and tap was installed which gave a fresh look.

Minor improvements can make all the difference; need some works doing? Get in touch!

Sometimes our houses don’t need s full overhaul, sometimes all that’s needed is a little TLC.

On this recent job, the wooden skirting board was aged and had become rotten over time.
We removed the skirting board, installed a new one and painted it.

In the same room, the plaster on the chimney breast had cracked and become loose.
We removed the plaster, filled the cracks, carried out a patch repair and repainted the chimney breast.

The room now looks fresh and new; exactly what the customer wanted.

We’ve been hard at work with lots of job keeping us busy busy!

This recent job saw an existing staircase and banister rubbed down, primed and re-painted.

This goes to show how a simple change can have a big impact as the works done makes the room look so much brighter and fresher.

Busy, busy over here at RA Home and Gardens but always welcome enquiries for any jobs, internal or external you need doing.

Whilst the weather may be on the turn 🥶 we still undertake garden tidies, landscaping, grass cutting amongst anything else you might need doing.

We do assess the job with the weather in mind as to not damage any grassed areas etc but we'll still brave the elements to get the job done!

Nothing more satisfying than a good transformation!
