Well - it’s all been about the doors this week and Wow what a transformation. External pocket doors that slide into internal pockets giving a full four meter opening. Flush cill inside and out (well they will be once we have landscaped).

We also managed to get more kitchen cabinets installed and commenced work on the internal wall panelling.

On a rare day off we were entertained at Stafford Rangers Football Club yesterday. We got a great win on the pitch 5-0 and through to the next round of the cup.
The weather was perfect and the hospitality was brilliant - thank you to all who came and thank you to all the staff that made the day a great success.

This week the roof became complete.
The GRP fiberglass coating was applied and the roof lantern was installed complete with high performance self cleaning glass. This was a contemporary design roof lantern with the least perimeter framing possible offering maximum light.

The bespoke lead tray that is the weather barrier for the external pocket doors was also installed

A busy couple of weeks. Plaster boarding and plastering - new ceilings and boxing around all the steelwork.

Double step fascia’s and soffit boards installed externally - phase one of the floor leveling done ready for phase two.

Pocket door and frame into the Lounge installed.

High performance black aluminium picture window also installed.

Remaining steel beams installed and all brickwork removed, now creating a luxurious kitchen and entertaining space opening straight out into the garden.
