If you rent out a property with gas appliances, an annual gas safety check isn’t something to put off. By law, each relevant gas appliance and flue needs to be checked every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

At Parsons Plumbing & Heating, we carry out comprehensive landlord gas safety checks across the property, checking appliances such as boilers, fires, hobs and cookers, depending on what is installed.

We also carry out relevant CO and CO₂ checks, with clear documentation provided following the inspection.
