We are CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment S

cheme) accredited as a Principle Contractor, and are members of the government backed ‘Constructionline’ for working in the Public Sector. We have an organisational structure experienced in handling projects of up to approximately £2 million. Construction managers have many years of experience in the industry, and the team includes professional and technical personnel with memberships of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building). Qualifications such as BA/BSc Degrees, HNC’s, NEBOSH and Site Managers Safety Certificates are also held by members of the management team. Most of our site based employees have been CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) apprentices with the company. They have over many years received continual training to ensure that their construction knowledge is regularly updated and improved upon. We have been awarded the Gold Certificate for our commitment to the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and our apprentices have received national recognition in craftsman skills competitions. All employees are CRB checked for working with vulnerable adults and children.

New project underway at Bailey Street Alternative Provision Academy in Stafford for our client Manor Hall Academy Trust

Our team is delivering a range of improvements designed to enhance the school's facilities for both staff and pupils, including:

✔️ Removal of the existing cycle shelter and construction of a new cycle shelter.
✔️ Removal of an existing roller shutter to create a new opening into the gym, complete with new cladding and a steel door to match the existing building.
✔️ Refurbishment of the office area to create a larger, more functional workspace for staff.
✔️ Resolving a damp issue within the WC facilities, followed by a full refurbishment of the WC area.

We're looking forward to sharing the progress and completed transformation over the coming weeks.

What a transformation! ✨

Yesterday we completed the full refurbishment of the existing hardwood parquet floor at Needwood Primary School in Newborough, bringing it back to life with a stunning finish.

Years of wear have been carefully removed to reveal the natural beauty of the timber beneath, leaving a durable, high-quality floor that looks as good as new and is ready to be enjoyed by pupils and staff for many years to come.

⛳️ What a fantastic day at the Katharine House Hospice Charity Golf Day 2026!

RAE BUILD was proud to once again support this brilliant event, held on 2nd July at Brocton Hall Golf Club, helping to raise vital funds for the incredible work carried out by Katharine House Hospice, Stafford for local patients and their families. 💙

This year, we were delighted to enter two RAE BUILD teams, enjoying a great day on the course alongside fellow businesses and supporters, all coming together for a truly worthwhile cause.

Milford Athletic FC is a thriving junior football club in Stafford, providing opportunities for boys and girls of all abilities aged 5–16. With over 250 players and multiple teams across each age group, the club continues to make a fantastic impact within the local community.

A refreshed space for the team at Staffordshire County Council Highways Gailey Depot.

We are pleased to have recently completed the refurbishment of an existing Staff Mess Room at Staffordshire County Council's Highways Gailey Depot.

The works involved the full strip-out of the existing facilities and the installation of new fixtures and fittings, transforming the space into a modern, practical and welcoming environment for staff.

With new kitchen units, worktops, upgraded finishes and improved amenities throughout, the refurbished mess room provides a bright and functional space that supports the day-to-day wellbeing of the depot team.

On 13th June, Lee Bryan and Richard will set off on an extraordinary journey, cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats — a distance of over 1,000 miles — with the aim of completing it in just 10 days.

This challenge is all in aid of the Public Health Collaboration (PHC), a charity dedicated to tackling type 2 diabetes, food addiction and childhood obesity 💙
