❤️ A nice rental freshen up completed for a local landlord magic 🪄

Nice and simple but always the same process with complete strip out including all the old rubbish plastic pipe and renewed in copper

Fully plastered and new tiling to compliment the new suite.

Vinyl flooring for a little colour and a lick of paint on the walls

Out with the dated cloakroom and in with a lovely modern suite in Brampton 💥

Full strip out including the clumpy old boxing with pipes chased into the wall and retiled half way with marble effect alongside the wood 🪵 plank style floor

Wall hung unit with sit im bowl and high tap 🚰

Stainless steel radiator repositioned next to the toilet and a new mirror 🪞 to complete the makeover

Something a little different in this job with no rip out required other then the old floor boards 🪄

Customer wanted to convert one of the bedrooms into a functional bathroom and so we did just this

Re plaster with new dividing wall built and new tiling with feature shower area including a nice alcove for the shampoo

Brand new bath , radiator and lovely blue vanity units with complete top and 🚰

All new lighting 💡 including a LED mirroe cabinet and extractor fan

Now to turn the old bathroom back to a bedroom ✨

Sit back and enjoy the ☀️ whilst looking at this smart little en-suite upgrade in st.neots

Full strip out and re plaster with the poorly fitted and mouldy panels and tray removed

Nice new tray fitted with a concealed valve and head , alcove with lighting for all those shower gels and a sliding enclosure

Lovely vanity unit with sit on basin and 🚰

Free standing toilet and new radiator to accompany the new porcelain wall and floor tiles

All new lights 💡 including matching wall lights either side of the mirror and a nice lick of fresh paint 🎨

Main bathroom complete in Stukely meadows ✨

Full strip out of the dated suite and re plaster with brand new bath and aqualisa digital shower 🚿

Lovely colour match vanity and bath panel with brushed nickel taps 🚰 and fixtures

Pink 🎨marble effect porcelain tiling finished off with wood effect floor , new lighting and LED mirror 🪞

En-suite completed in Stirtloe 🪄

Full strip out and re plaster including adding celotex insulation into the floor space due to cold air from the garage below 🧊

Amazing colour choices with brushed copper fixtures , new electric shower 🚿 and lovely vanity unit.

Dual control brushed copper radiator, flush button and shower enclosure

Herringbone 🦴 effect flooring and brand new tiles to complete the makeover ✨

Sometimes just a change a colour is enough 🎨

Bathroom finished in st.Neots ✨ with the customer wanting to re use the radiator , screen and shower this was more of a freshen up but still the same process was undertaken

Full strip out and re plaster with a new vinyl floor and change of tiles for the walls, with a tiled skirting up stand , new bath , colour match panel to blend with the combined vanity units

Brand new LED unit and light 💡 finished off with electric underfloor heating for nice warm feet 🦶

A lovely sunny ☀️ week finished off with this bathroom upgrade in st.Neots

Full strip out and re plaster with the old shower tray replaced with a massive 🛀 and digital dual head shower control

Wall hung vanity basin , new toilet 🚽 and a reposition for the radiator

Customer wanted a small shelf for the kids bath toys and we added a shower niche for the collection of shampoos

Fully tiled pattered floor and 1/2 height wall set off by the LED mirror 🪞 cabinet and new lighting

🚨 MASSIVE BATHROOM UPGRADE 🚨

This full strip out including the removal of the old brick airing cupboard was completed in st.neots. 🪄

All freshly plastered and completely retiled with a huge stone walk in shower 🚿 tray and concealed valves

The heaviest (110kg) freestanding bath 🛀 iv ever had to lift in to position with floor mounted taps 🚰

Lovely wall hung vanity unit with sit on bowl basin and tap

Brand new chrome radiator and toilet all lit up by the new LED mirror , spots and a lick of 🎨 on the ceiling

One of the biggest turnarounds completed but also one of the nicest ✨
