Complete building redecoration complete!
One man, one building, 2-3 coats!

This exterior hasn’t been touched in around 20+ plus years. Fungal growth and staining had taken its toll and the colour faded and gone dirty.

After fungal washing the affected areas, my customer who owns this large property decided on a Sandtex colour called Mid stone. Personally a very fitting colour choice and with 15-20years weather protection a good brand choice!

The first set of photos show the finished product, the last few photos show the state of the building before hand.

Wasn’t easy tackling this single handily especially in the current heat wave but it’s completed and will last many years!

Media wall I’ve just repainted for a lovely customer in Hilton.

The wall colour was Farrow & Ball Cromarty no.285
The white inserts painted in dulux along with the skirting and added coving.

Behind the TV and sound bar was painted black so blend in.

First exterior of the year 😎
Job I’ve just completed for a lovely couple in Chatteris.

Exterior walls to the property had got dirty over the years and needed a freshen up. The house number, postbox and all the guttering I took down and three coats of exterior Weathershield Santex were applied.

To the rear of the property, the magnolia was repainted in white so all the house wall matches up.

The last few pictures in this post are the before pictures.
