Barn Conversion – Next Stage Complete 🏡
Another stage completed on this barn conversion project — roof trusses are now on! 🔨
Next up, we’ll be getting the end gables completed, then it’s time to get the slates on. 👌

🏡 Barn Conversion Update 🧱

Another great week of progress on our barn conversion project!

Just one more day and the brickwork will be complete up to the first lift. A big thank you to Wilson Brothers for their help with the brickwork—it's been a great team effort.

Next week we'll be finishing the last few sections of brickwork before moving on to insulating and backing up all the walls with blockwork. Everything is on schedule, with scaffolding due to go up on Friday so we can keep the project moving forward.

It's always rewarding to see a project like this taking shape. Keep an eye on our page for more updates as the transformation continues!

Barn Conversion Update

Day 2 of the brickwork, and with three of us on site today( Wilson brothers) and myself, things moved along a bit quicker!

We're reusing all of the original bricks from the old barn, and it's great to see them being given a new lease of life. Considering their age, they're looking fantastic and really adding to the character of the conversion.

Looking forward to sharing more progress soon!

🏡 Barn Conversion Update 🧱

A bit of a slow start to the first day of bricklaying, but we've still made some great progress.

All of the internal blocks have now been delivered and set out on the oversite, ready for the next stage. We've also built the first two corners using the traditional Old English Garden Wall Bond, with a white cement and lime mortar mix.

It's great to see the reclaimed original bricks being reused—they're looking fantastic and really helping to preserve the character of the barn.

Looking forward to seeing the walls start to take shape over the coming days. Stay tuned for more updates!

🏗️ Barn Conversion Update 🏗️

Another great milestone reached on this barn conversion project! 👌

We've now completed the oversite with compacted stone, followed by a sand blinding layer, ready for the DPM. The oversite concrete has also been poured, giving us a solid foundation for the next stage of the build.

It's always satisfying to see a project progressing step by step. Looking forward to sharing the next update soon!

Barn conversion project update.

The new reinforced concrete strip footings have now been poured, providing a solid foundation for the extension. Blockwork has also been completed up to damp-proof course (DPC) level, marking another key construction milestone and preparing the site for the next phase of the build.

Steady progress and quality workmanship at every stage. More updates to follow as the project develops.

🏡 New Project – Barn Conversion

We're pleased to be taking on this barn conversion and helping our client get their project back on track.

Unfortunately, the customer had a difficult experience with their previous builder, leaving them with work that fell well below the standard they deserved. Our priority now is to restore confidence by providing honest communication, professional project management, and high-quality workmanship from start to finish.

With many years of experience behind our team, and the support of some trusted builder friends, we're looking forward to transforming this project into the home the client originally envisioned.

We'll be sharing updates as the work progresses, and we can't wait to show you the finished result.
