Rads, rads and more rads at the minute 🤩

Here’s a couple we went and put back on today last job, we removed old and chased pipework in the wall back a couple months ago ready for plaster and paint 🙌🏻
We hung them connected valves and tested all lovely and warm for winter ❄️🔥🔥

Been doing this a lot lately chasing radiator pipework in the wall out of site it’s a lot better finish overall I must say, customer supplied these ones and valve and they finish the room off perfect 👍🏻

Another rad installation complete 🙌🏻

Yesterday last job we went and put the rads back on the brackets and connected valves after we removed 5 rads and chased all pipework into wall back in June ready for plastering. Customer had all the rooms plastered and painted and ready for the rads back on just in time for the 🥶

And they look lovely I just added 2 of the 5 I could get best picture of 🤩🔥

We cover all plumbing, heating and bathroom work 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Huge project completed today! 🔥 🙌🏻

These customers were absolutely brilliant from day 1 genuinely was great nothing was a fuss coffee every hour to the point I couldn’t keep up drinking them 🤣❤️

Job was bathroom and x2 ensuite installs,
Remove main bathroom then where current bath was put an ensuite so to say it was tight was an understatement but it worked perfectly! + X2 stack pipes and all wastes, new spotlights throughout and ceilings re plastered, x3 toothbrush charger holders x2 extractor fans 🤩 then click pagio Reillo flooring in all rooms to finish it nicely 🔥🔥 we certainly had our work cut out with this but actually enjoyed doing it

All in all got there in the end all project managed by us at Parker’s from start to finish 🙌🏻

APC Plastering Specialists plastering
A.Fuller Construction door and doorway install
And my right hand man BLG Property Services all electrics and helped me along the way with the boards and listened to me cry every time I cut my self 🤣🤣❤️

Another bathroom transformation complete! 🙏🏻🙌🏻

This customer has been with me from the very start even before I set up on my own and they really are lovely so this one was an absolute pleasure for me ❤️

P shape bath out, 1700 x 800 tray in customer had managed to source some exact tiles so then retile the bit that was left from the bath ✅ 🛁 and then replace the vanity basin unit for new once fitted 🔥

Run hot and cold for new Roca bar mixer shower on opposite wall and fit 800mm screen with end flappy panel 🔥

This one didn’t come without any challenge as the old tiles was not at all level in any way and the walls were all over the place great job I called one of my best mates Jake from The Gas & Flow Co. To come do the tiling and getting the tray in with me it was a real test but he did great job and really made the rest of the job achievable just within 2 days 🥹😅
And all be it was his birthday today and he even come in this morning and helped me for a couple hours tempted with a Wendy’s of course 🐷 😆

🔥🔥 Ideal logic Mini-2 combi install finished today 5 year warranty ✅

Old glow worm Back boiler out which was still going by the way 🧐 25 year old and still running perfect 🤩 but customer wanted an upgrade with pressurised hot water and a better more efficient heating system as many rads were full of sludge ❌

Boiler in old airing cupboard with flue out the roof and run new gas main from the meter with a full system flush 💦 and it definitely needed the flush as you can see from the picture of my magnets after 😮‍💨 condense and prv on a lift pump due to being no access to a drain near by, all in all another great job done 🤩

A Parker’s Plumbing & heating x Harry stone plumbing and heating collab again we seem to love working together lately as he’s with me again tomorrow and most of next week 🤣 big thanks for his help always

Another bathroom transformation completed! 💪

We removed an old shower tray that was installed on a leg kit and replaced it with a modern floor-level shower tray, making access much easier and safer. We also installed new Multipanel boards around area of the customers choice to give it that extra finish 🤩

To improve accessibility even further, we also installed a disabled shower seat and sturdy grab rails, giving the customer added comfort, confidence, and independence while showering.

A great upgrade that not only looks cleaner and more modern but also makes a real difference to everyday life.

If you’re thinking about improving your bathroom or need an accessible shower installation, feel free to get in touch for a free quote. 🔧🚿
