We have today started our page dedicated to creating spaces that support your overall wellbeing and create opportunities for you to choose to step out of the digital grid and do something else with your time - art, crafts, physical activity, music, yoga, meditation etc

Digital burnout is a very real phenomenon and we want to help people exit it, and into their own little world of flow, creativity and inner passion.

If you have a space in your garden and want to add a "me cave" then give us a shout!

You can just follow along if you like - we'll probably be no better at adding content on that one as we are on this one BUT we will try 🤪
