We've grown our pumpkin portfolio. 🎃
As part of our continued investment in expanding our vegetable seed business, we've added a comprehensive Halloween pumpkin range to our offering.

Over 30 varieties, including established favourites Snowball, Mellow Yellow and Eros, give growers and distributors wider access to commercially proven genetics alongside our existing edible squash portfolio.

We'll continue to develop these genetics through our own breeding programme, reflecting our ongoing commitment to innovation.

Could we detect yellow rust before it's even visible in the crop?

That's the question behind a PhD project at the Earlham Institute, supported by Elsoms, using AirSeq technology to analyse airborne fungal spores and monitor rust pathogens in the air. Trial sites are running at Elsoms now, with air samples compared against disease assessments and weather data to build towards an early-warning system.
