Whats happened to PVA?? It is rubbish these days it had 4 coats and stiff sucked like a sponge,
Al stick to SBR,

Then skim over nice fresh plaster over that old stuff that been there since the house was built.

On the brush this next couple of days 🖌 a fresh coat of paint and the spring sunlight brighten things up a bit
