Two intermediate projects we completed last week.

• Clear a massive overgrown area & install 55mtrs of stock fencing. - Scrape 280mts of previously installed MOT track (5yrs ago) & recompacted with 1200 roller

• Remove existing chain-link fence & replace with 22mtrs of 3' close board fence with concrete posts and gravel boards.

Every now & then, these smaller jobs are a real breath of fresh air from the norm!!!! We love this.

Project Cobham - Thats a wrap!!
We carried out both front & rear garden works for a really great customer, that previously had bad experiences from tradesmen & companies.

• Rear - We lifted existing very poorly installed patio, removed all concrete, we recompacted sub-base, and relaid slabs on 100mm concrete bed.
We also installed a new eco-grid base, for a new shed FOC.

• Front - We excavated area, installed new fence, installed new pathway and new tarmac drive.

Customer very happy with the outcome and can now enjoy their outdoor living for the rest of Summer.

If any prospective customers require new outdoor entertaining areas, new driveways, fencing or general landscaping works, please do drop us a line.

Well, what can we say..... after 15mths of non-payment for additional works undertaken, the Courts have, for the 3rd time, upheld our claim and ordered the "defendant" to pay!!!!The adjudication really fills us with confidence within the small claims Court.

As a small, hard working family business, this outcome means everything as practically, every penny is accounted for within a robust quotation and offer at these precarious times.

Onward & upward now, we can draw a line under June 2025!!!!!!

● Project Valley Mews, thats a wrap.
A beautiful Raj Green mixed porcelain patio replacement. We, as we do, resoiled and seeded the back garden as the grass wasn't taking or growing in any shape or form. Customer is completely satisfied with the entire outcome & loving their new outdoor living area.

● Project Cobham, commenced Thursday this week.
We are to install new tarmac drive, with a new boundary fence and pathway from front entrance.
We are to lift, breakout existing concrete and reinstall Kandela Grey sandstone slabs, with a new block paved surround and new aco drainage to property.

Great work Samuel Gailer & Callum Pope. Very much appreciated!!!

Well, what a hectic month.... with more to come with booked works!!!

2 projects employed on & completed......

• Project Curran - 20m2 of Beige sandstone layed and grouted, with base & surround undertaken by our customer along with all materials being supplied.

• Project Lapwing - circa 38m2 of dual patio & pathways encapsulating 16m2 of new tured area.

The.previous project being our 8th completion to the new build areas of Whiteley and Boorley Green within the last 8mths.

The value of our customer experience, satisfaction and our final delivered outcome, is the biggest core value embraced from our small family business, & look forward to any intrested customers that wish for a beautiful new outdoor entertaining area.
