Before & After: A Stunning Transformation by Scott Construction 🤩

What was once a compact and dated property has been transformed into a modern, spacious family home, thanks to the work of Scott Construction.

Loft Conversion 🔨
Our team maximized the unused attic space, creating a stunning loft conversion that adds both style and functionality. This new area is now a bright and airy bedroom with beautiful views, complete with smart storage solutions and a modern en-suite. What was once a forgotten space is now a valuable addition to the home.

Garden Room 🏡
At the back of the house, we built a serene garden room that seamlessly blends with the outdoor environment. This versatile space can be used as an office, studio, or simply a peaceful retreat. With floor-to-ceiling windows, it brings the beauty of the garden inside and offers a tranquil place to relax or work.

Full Wraparound Extension 🏠
One of the standout features of this transformation is the full wraparound extension, which significantly expanded the ground floor, creating an open-plan living and dining area. The seamless connection between the inside and outside, enhanced by bi-fold doors, not only improves the flow of the home but also allows for natural light to flood the space, making it feel bright and airy all year round.
