Where modern design meets country style detailing. It was great to catch up with Josh & Kate now their house is fully complete both inside and outside. The project involved both a double storey rear extension and single storey extension opening up onto an extensive garden and rural fields.
Most of the project has been built by the Clients themselves featuring some rustic brick dentil detailing contrasting against modern sliding openings and light filled spaces. The new extensions match the original property so well that it is hard distinguish where the extensions end and the original house begins forming a seamless design.
The front of the house was also reprofiled with a new porch and bay window as well as a magnolia render.
