Today’s job - Crown reduction on this lovely old Beech tree in Southend.
It was a challenge in the 30°+ heat with it overhanging the house, the road and with lots of wires through it.
There used to be two of these - Spike worked on the neighbouring tree 32 years ago, when he was 30 years old. Today his son reduced this one at the same age!
