Fire Safety Alert: BT Redcare's closure will leave many fire alarm systems silent if you do not act. Is your building’s safety at risk?

If you haven't migrated your fire alarm system from BT Redcare, your alarm may no longer send signals to your Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). This means the fire service won't be notified in an emergency.

🔄 Migration to a dual-path IP and 4G system is not just a service job; it should prompt a review and update of your Fire Risk Assessment. Ensure your Fire Risk Assessment reflects this change in signalling paths:

- Confirm the signalling product and grade.
- Verify ARC certifications.
- Update your insurer on any changes.

Failure to act could result in compliance issues and insurance claim problems. Ensure you're covered and compliant.
